The TP20 and TP200 probes have a needle module exchange function, which can improve production efficiency and provide a suitable measurement system for your specific application.

• Reduce cycle time – module exchange time is about 6 seconds, while manual exchange takes 1 minute (with recalibration time)

XY plane collision protection device – the probe module will separate in the event of a collision

The module can be safely stored on the exchange rack
