MH20i Manual Rotating Probe
The combination of manually adjustable positioning measuring seat and TP20 mechanical measuring needle module installation base and two axis angle enables flexible needle exchange and repeatable measuring head positioning.
Overview
The A-axis can rotate ± 180 ° on the XY plane. The B-axis can rotate ± 90 ° on the Z plane. The locking rod locks the measuring seat in one of 168 repeatable positions in increments of 15 degrees.
The measuring seat can be installed with a full range of TP20 modules, as long as each position of each measuring needle/module combination has been calibrated, there is no need to recalibrate when replacing the module.
