The Gantry 2.5D Image Measuring Instrument is a high-end precision dimensional inspection system specifically designed for large-format, heavy-duty workpieces that exceed the capacity of standard benchtop measuring machines.
Optional Renishaw contact probes, KEYENCE laser displacement sensors, and spectral confocal sensors can be used to achieve 2.5D/3D multi-sensor composite measurement.

The gantry style automatic 2.5-dimensional image measuring instrument is a new type of high-precision, high-tech precision measuring instrument that integrates optical, mechanical, electrical, and calculator image technology. Mainly suitable for precision processing industries such as electronics, molds, wire cutting, plastic injection, PCB boards, conductive rubber, flexible boards, wire racks, electronic component groups, stamping, springs, screws, cutting tools, plastics, rubber, valves, cameras, bicycle parts, and automotive parts.

- Comes with SPC to provide CPK values for reference. Measurement data can be automatically imported into customer made tables.
