Automatic 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine
The Atlas series adopts a gantry-moving configuration with the ground foundation serving as the worktable. Its fully enclosed cast-iron frame delivers exceptional rigidity, ensuring superior motion stability and dynamic accuracy.
All three axes utilize self-cleaning pre-loaded high-precision air bearings, with widely spaced guideways offering excellent anti-yaw capability and wear-free operation. The slot-type linear encoder system provides a highly accurate measurement reference, while the four-axis full-closed-loop detection system achieves a resolution of 0.1μm with outstanding repeatability. The dual-column overhead dual-drive dual-readhead design effectively reduces Y-axis yaw, and the patented Y-axis transmission system ensures smooth, quiet, and highly accurate motion. An optional electric flat car is available for convenient workpiece transport and versatile multi-position measurement.

- The Y-axis transmission adopts a patented structure, offering smooth operation, low noise, and high precision.
- An optional electric flat car is available, with the flat car platform serving as the worktable. This facilitates workpiece transportation and enables multi-position measurement with a single clamping, ensuring compliance with precision measurement requirements (electric flat car available as an optional accessory).
