  • This series of measuring machines adopts a closed-frame structural design, which is a dedicated configuration for high-precision measurement machines. Comprising a fixed bridge and a moving worktable, the robust mechanical structure ensures maximum rigidity, optimal stability, and minimal vibration, guaranteeing extremely high measurement accuracy throughout the entire measuring volume.
  • The three axes are mechanically independent of each other, with motions that do not interfere, thereby ensuring high system stability.
  • The Y-axis motion employs central drive, eliminating Y-axis yaw and improving Y-axis motion accuracy.
  • The Y-axis linear encoder is mounted at the center of the base, minimizing Abbe errors and achieving high measurement accuracy.
  • The Y-axis guideway utilizes a dovetail positioning method to ensure maximum rigidity and accuracy during motion.
